Scan your Desktop/Employees tree, parse Word forms, OCR ID scans, and build the registry
What this does
- Maps each company folder to a Yousco Group entity
- Creates/updates employees from person folders
- Parses your Word HR forms (name, visa, EID, bank…)
- Copies documents into local storage
- Classifies Emirates ID / Visa / Passport / License / Labour
- Rebuilds expiry alerts automatically
Tip: first run with OCR off for a fast structural import, then re-run with OCR for extraction. Or use CLI: npm run import -- --path "…" --no-ocr
